Predictions for 2012

Weather

· There will be a major tornado outbreak near the end of spring/beginning of summer that will affect both Alabama & Mississippi.
· This will be a very unpredictable hurricane season. The storms will be very large. For the US, there will be 12-14 named storms with 5-9 making landfall. Of those, 3 will be major storms.
· There will be a lot of extremes with the weather this weather this year. Floods, storms, hot and cold weather will all be very strong.

Natural Disasters

· The Hawaiian Islands will suffer server damage from a storm, volcano or some type of earthquake.
· The Pacific will go through another violent earthquake or volcano disaster with a possible tsunami. I can’t clearly see the magnitude, could be involved with the Hawaiian disaster.
· A major earthquake will strike the west coast of the United States between July 3 and August 31.
· A state not normally known for earthquakes will have a mid-to-strong earthquake in January and April.
· Late in the year, around September or November, there will be a catastrophic earthquake or volcano eruption.

World & National Politics

· China and North Korea will have a great deal of internal unrest stemming from their military. Problems between North and South Korea will escalate.
· There will be an assassination attempt of either a European or Russian leader.
· US and Pakistan’s relationship as allies will fall apart.
· The United States will see major national problems over state’s rights and 2nd amendment issues that will be sparked by incidents at the Mexican border.
· Iran will continue to saber rattle if Israel does not strike first within the first three months of the year. I see Iran attempting to take over parts of Iraq which will bring the Middle East into major conflict.
· The protesting in Syria will get worse. The UN will have to step in. I foresee possible civil war turning Syria into a powder keg
· We will learn that an alleged ally of the United States is an enemy.
· There will be fears of a Global Pandemic.

US Presidential Elections

(The interesting thing about this race is that so much of it is still up in the air but I still see Obama winning this election.)

· This will be the strangest campaign ever.
· Barak Obama will win re-election in 2012. I still believe there will be a shakeup in his cabinet and there will be a major move for Hilary Clinton to become VP or move to a different job.
· There will be some problems with the election. Either a delay or recount, but it will anger the American people.
· (I still see this happening today but it can change. There is something about to come out on Romney.) Romney will win the Republican nomination. Ron Paul will continue to make a run but there will also be a 3rd party running and that will split the vote leading to an Obama victory.

General

· Major solar activity will disrupt communications equipment, TV, cell phones, satellites, etc. It could possibly be some type of historic solar storm.
· There will be some type of fire storm that will devastate a part of Africa.
· Possible school shooting similar to Columbine could be stopped by the heroic acts of students.
· An attempted terror attack on a sporting event is up in the air. It will be prevented but will make major news.
· Fidel Castro will die in 2012.
· There will be some type of incident with the Pope this year as he travels. It will be near water.
· Gas prices could explode for a couple of months in the summer
· Look for the growth of cyber warfare and security problems. The hacking problems will escalate.

Continued Tips from 2011 to 2012

· Buy gold and silver. Keep all the gold and silver that you can
· Keep some emergency cash either on your person or at your residence at all times.
· Begin to store batteries, canned/preserved food, ammunition, firearms and potable water. Try to have at least enough to support your family for two weeks.
· Get away from long term investments and start focusing on short term investments.
· If you buy a home or property make sure it is well outside any major city.

Halloween

After an eventful Halloween, I have found time to blog, something I have not done in a long time. As some of you may know, I am always extremely busy, but I am not complaining, I feel very blessed. Everything that I am doing, I am doing it because of a love for doing it. I just completed coaching football. The Halloween season kicks off my paranormal year. Through the time of football, I have continued to research different things. Out of the many things I have been looking into, one of them has been my own spiritual self. I have so many blessings and so many friends that I truly see as my family. I have been performing a lot of private investigations with my old crew and one new exception, Rick Dease. Trey, Hump and Burnettt have been more involved with the work and also Jake chugging along with us. I think this year and the years to come will be a change in this field. I think we all can admit that something is wrong spiritually out there and it is getting worse. I spoke about it on the radio for a while now about the shift and I truly see it with the cases we are now receiving.

As I watch everything unfold, I believe the earth is going through a cleansing. As it goes through the cleansing, there is a rise in negative energy. The interesting thing about this field that we are in and the work we are doing is that I believe everyone has a part to play. Those of us who are in this field, the true people who give their life to this field, I think it is time that we divorce ourselves from everything we have done in the past. We cannot concern ourselves with beliefs; we have to focus on the source. It is truly not what we see or experience it is how we interpret it.

I have said for the past couple of weeks that I feel that it is important for us to take this field seriously and to move away from the matching t-shirts and the social club type of investigating. Don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with those things but those of us who take it seriously should start to approach this field in a more professional manner. As you know last year my book came out “Chronicles of a Supernaturalist”. We hope to have another book out by this December and will be very different from the last. My new book will be more about ghost stories. We are working on Chronicles II and the long awaited spiritual book I have awaited to release. A lot of my thoughts and theories are constantly changing. The one thing to remember is that we have been focusing on supernatural phenomena. It is time for all of us researchers to start to not only look into the reports but start looking into the source of the reports. The source is the key to all research. Ask ourselves, could all the ghosts that are being reported only be thought forms. Really question, is it phenomena that we are investigating, taking our belief and shaping it? Even ask yourself if the cases that you have been getting could be some unseen force working behind the scenes leading us to these cases? Could our work and exploration in this field be a part of a plan to open the doors for what is to come?

Supernatural Weekend Adventure

A few weeks ago we spoke at a sci fi convention in Atlanta, Georgia. We had the opportunity to meet a very interesting and cool guy whose been involved in the paranormal for a while. He and his team, host a ghost tour in Norcross, Georgia.

During the Fourth of July weekend, which was the first weekend in a long time that we didn't have anything planned, we scheduled an official family weekend getaway with our good friends, the Cauthens and the Humphries.

My wife Michelle, myself, and our two boys headed out Saturday morning toward Norcross, Georgia. The Cauthens left later that afternoon to meet up with us. We set out for the three hour drive from Montgomery, everyone eager to check in to the hotel and go for a swim before meeting up with our tour guides.

Michelle navigated our trip with her handy phone app, but it ended up taking us the long route, unfortunately adding about 30 minutes to our trip. Once we arrived at the hotel and checked in, we took the boys for a swim while we waited for the Cauthens, who were meeting us at the tour location that evening with another friend of ours, Mark.

As evening approached, we met our friends in front a cafe in historic downtown Norcross. Our hostess, dressed the part, led the walking tour through the streets sharing eerie tales of lost loves, dead soldiers, and rags to riches before leaving us near the park with our next host, the founder of Norcross Paranormal. He took us to a former church and parsonage that had at various times been the home to Catholic, Methodist, Presbyterian, and Pentecostal churches and ministers.

I had a strange feeling overcome me in the church parking lot. The feeling left chill bumps on my arms. I can't say I was complaining when it was time to make our way out of the parking lot.

We were allowed to enter the parsonage, which we were told we would be the last group allowed since the home was being renovated to become an art gallery. The house had an extremely oppressive feel. When I was in the house I could easily pick up the presence of a lady, and an event that had occurred in the home that was later verified. The house was alive with memories of the past but with the reality of the present.

I think most of the people of the tour felt unwelcomed by the house, I didn't. I felt as though the house was happy to see me, but there was something darker around that place that stayed with us long after we had left for the night and returned to our hotel.

As we ended the tour, our group was standing on the porch chatting when my youngest son, who seemed to be staring at something just below us, started yelling, "Hey, Eric! Hey, Eric!"

My wife and I looked at each other, both extremely creeped out. Eric is my close friend who passed away before my son's birth, and also his namesake. Eric always said he was going to quit his job and be my nanny. I guess maybe he is still trying.

The next day, the Humphries decided to join us after we all felt compelled to stay over one more night. David and his wife, Melanie, drove over Sunday afternoon.

It was a very hot day and we were all steamed over after exploring the city of Norcross for several hours that morning. The hotel pool was our salvation.

The kids played happily splashing in the water. Everyone seemed to be really enjoying the day. Other hotel guests had wandered into the pool throughout our swim, but three guests caught everyone's attention.

Michelle and Holly were sunning on the patio near the pool. Melanie was swimming with the kids in the pool. And Hump, Scott, and myself were in the hot tub discussing our upcoming football season, when three young Asian ladies decided to join us in the hot tub.

As they climbed down inside, and sat down next to me the one nearest accidentally bumped my leg with hers. Her flesh was ice cold. It felt as though I were sitting next to a corpse.

The girls never made eye contact with anyone of us, and talked only to each other.

Feeling quite awkward, the other guys and I decided to climb back into the pool. We never saw the three girls get out of the hot tub and we never saw where they went. It was another creepy moment.

After a full afternoon of swimming, everyone was hungry so we asked the front desk where we could get a good cheeseburger. Then we set out to find a local eatery promising a delicious bison burger. It was supposed to be in a nearby shopping center, so we slowly cruised through looking when suddenly a pickup truck started to back out of a parking space almost hitting us. I attempted to back up to give him room but the cars behind me didn't leave enough room for clearance.

I gave the truck two little beeps on my horn to let him know I was behind him. At the sound of my horn, the driver of the pickup threw his vehicle in park and jumped out yelling obscenities at our vehicle.

I got out of my SUV and asked the man to stop shouting because there were children in the cars and informed him he needed to act his age. I was enraged but I kept my composure.

The entire time, Hump was trying his hardest to get out of the car to "back me up." The SUV was rocking beside me. Eventually, just as the man calmed down and started to get back into his truck, Hump made it out of the car and gave the man a piece of his mind.

He yelled at the irrational driver of the pickup, causing the man to become furious all over again. Hump was not getting back in the car until he said his piece.

As suddenly as it had all began, the man's clenched jaw loosened and a look of utter confusion overcame him. He slowly staggered back into his truck and backed out. He sat at the stop sign forcing us to pull around him, a strange blank look in his black eyes but a small sinister smile upon his lips.

We decided to get out of there, and found another restaurant nearby. Dinner went well and we all left full and once again happy. We drove downtown to find a cozy spot to watch the fireworks display our hosts from the previous night had promised would be amazing.

Unfortunately, we discovered the nearest parking spot was at least 3 miles away and certainly everyone within a 150 mile radius had to be at the Norcross Fourth of July celebration.

We headed back to the hotel feeling slightly defeated, but exhausted anyway. Within minutes the kids were all sound asleep. We decided to rent a scary movie and settle in for the night ourselves.

The next morning, we packed up and headed for home. We stopped in LaGrange, Georgia, for lunch and then stumbled across one of the most interesting cemeteries we've ever found. It had graves dating back in to the 1700's.

The cemetery was enormous. Hump's wife, Melanie, found animal bones laid out on a grave in a ritualistic fashion. We moved on to another section of the cemetery and as we rounded the corner the biggest crow I've ever seen flew off a tombstone. It was so big and old it had a long beard. And although Melanie and Michelle each tried several times, no one was able to get a photo of the creature.

We left the cemetery and finished our trip, finally arriving home late Monday afternoon. The weekend was full and fun. I've not laughed so hard with my good friends and family in a long time.

Thoughts on Modern Paranormal Investigation

Most people that consider themselves modern-day paranormal investigators often don’t take into consideration the large part that ritual, history of the esoteric and faith play into their investigations. Surprisingly, in my experiences at least, these people don’t ask why they are in a near-dark room eagerly firing away questions into the ether and hoping to capture a spirit’s response on various types of recording equipment. To them, it is often because this is how they’ve always seen it done and the origins of the technique aren’t considered. In extreme cases, those little slips of ignorance can be exploited masterfully by darker entities to wreak considerable havoc or can hinder the progress of a thorough investigation. Therefore, I believe it is every team leader’s duty to thoroughly examine the techniques of investigation they allow their team to employ.

I find it upsetting that in my experiences, careful consideration of investigative techniques has all but disappeared in most “ghost-hunting” teams and organizations. I hope that in this article I can shed some light on why we in the realm of supernatural investigation do the things we do. At best, maybe I can even assist in amending some of the more common mistakes that I see being made in our community.

To intelligently discuss this further, I think it is important to qualify what I mean by ritual. What I am referring to is participating in repeated symbolic actions and/or thought patterns in order to affect your environment through force of will or to trigger an altered state of consciousness. The definition can apply to many practices that we wouldn’t immediately deem ritualistic. For instance, many wouldn’t think the repeated ordered actions of a Christian church service to be ritual but it does indeed fit the definition. The process of praying is also sometimes taught as ritual. Those familiar with Roman Catholicism would be familiar with praying the rosary which is a great example of ritualistic prayer. The word ritual itself is neutral and is assigned both positive and negative status by the actions and intent of its context.

Of all the uses of ritual I have seen in the paranormal field, investigating in the dark is by far the most common. I find that when you take away the reasoning that you may be running some light sensitive equipment there really is no good scientific or investigative reason to investigate in total darkness. The pseudo-scientific ghost hunting version of this technique was pioneered mostly by investigators running infrared cameras or lights to catch fraudulent mediums who demanded total darkness or by television show producers aiming to give their footage a creepier feel with the liberal use of night-shot. In today’s world of paranormal investigation, it seems to be the latter reasoning that has prevailed. This practice, when used thoughtlessly, can be potentially dangerous. Aside from the apparent visual challenges it prevents, such as running into furniture and/or other investigators, it tends to put one in a state of visual sensory deprivation. This state can often lead to easier access to a trance state in which hallucinations and at worst, darker entities can interfere with inexperienced investigators. I have found too many times that some teams of investigators repeatedly use the effects of a low-light environment in a repeated, ritualistic method to produce results and fail to ask themselves why it works or what it adds to their investigations. Ignorance, especially in the areas of ritual and the esoteric which this ever so slightly dips into, can be dangerous. Therefore I greatly encourage more of you in the paranormal investigation field to question exactly why you take the steps you take in your investigations and when moving into a state that helps with contacting the spiritual world, to do so deliberately not ignorantly.

Another use of ritual I find occurring frequently is the growing habit of superstition. Like some superstitions that evolve in sports or fishing, many investigators develop a fondness for certain equipment, a certain article of clothing, etc. Entertain briefly the idea of a “lucky ghost-hunting hat.” If you’ve encountered some of the people professing knowledge of ghost hunting that I have, then I’m sure you’ve already come across someone who claims they have one. Some people develop the same kind of connection with the tools they use for investigation. For example, some believe a particular recorder has a higher chance of capturing EVP despite its substandard technical specifications. Relating the object with experience is usually to blame for this association. Generally, the user of the device will have gone through several great supernatural experiences with the device and has learned to associate those experiences with the device much like a lucky “big game” sock. While the origins of these objects are similar, their use and ultimately, their power can be quite different. In ritual, the aforementioned thought processes and intentions are used to give objects a type of spiritual power. Especially when dealing in spiritual matters such as paranormal investigations, the latent power given to these objects by the user’s superstitions can influence their experience while investigating. In many cases, it will act in favor of your task to gather evidence for a case rather than against it. Even more so if it is done deliberately and with that purpose. In light of that knowledge, I encourage the investigators that haven’t utilized this technique to try it out. Believe in that piece of equipment, apparel or whatever you choose. Repeatedly use that item with the proper intent and see if it affects your results. You may be surprised in what you discover.

As the new century sweeps in and the ever growing presence of the New Age movement bears down upon us, more and more people interested in the spiritual world are turning to the newly sprung font of ritual magic books to get their kicks. If you are calling yourself a paranormal investigator in this day and age, chances are you’ll come across, or are yourself, one of those people. Inherently, there is no harm in the quest for knowledge. Where I have found the most danger is in the lack of respect for that knowledge and the power the novice is attempting to control. Surely, we have all heard the horror stories from the naive misuse of Ouija boards and the challenges an investigator could face from the misuse of a magical practice is equal if not greater in intensity. My best advice would be to truly observe the surroundings you a placed in for an investigation, especially in a private home. Though it may seem paranoid, you can never truly tell who has been dabbling in what.

C.S. Lewis defines faith as, “the art of holding on to things your reason has once accepted in spite of your changing moods.” Which is eloquent enough a definition for this philosophical exercise. It exists in modern paranormal investigation as the unrequited belief that we will eventually come across some evidence that can prove existence of the preternatural world. I am sure that if you’ve had any involvement with those that investigate the paranormal, you have seen this form of faith displayed. If looked at in a certain light, the journey of the paranormal investigator is really one of exploring one’s faith. One doesn’t get into studying this phenomena if they are satisfied with all the answers they have been given about it. Often, I find that those who feel rejected or let down by the modern institutions of religion find themselves attracted to the work of a paranormal investigator and the search for proof changes into the search for God or personal enlightenment rather quickly. Exploring these issues in the paranormal community, give these people a way to actively explore their faith and beliefs in the spiritual world in a much more personal way than the more traditional religious institutions. As such, the community is growing rapidly. Keep in mind that as you continue to indulge your curiosities in the spiritual world, as a member of this community it will become your responsibility to be aware of the spiritual needs of those that you surround yourself with and to make your spiritual choices responsibly. Remember, be not a burden to your fellow travelers.

In conclusion, be deliberate in your methods as an investigator and learn to question why evidence is best gathered in a dark environment and why that beat-up University of Alabama hat seems to attract ghosts. Support and enlighten your fellow seekers and don’t let yourself get caught up in the he said/she said that infects every social activity, even ghost-hunting and paranormal investigation. Most importantly, as a community of inquirers into an unknown world, we must strengthen our philosophy as well as our technology and methods of investigation. For if one facet of our journey falls out of balance, so shall the others.

Predicitons for 2011

Here are a list of predictions that we will be talking about tonight on the Down At The Crossroads radio show.

US Economy
The economy will continue to sputter along but at a lower, seemingly stable pace. Unfortunately, it will all be nothing more than smoke and mirrors. The awful truth of the situation will come out by the end of the year causing fear and panic.

Earthquakes
Look out for major earthquakes in the month of June and again in November or mid-December. There will be one in the US and another in an overseas country. I believe one of those earthquakes will cause a tsunami.

There will be a few mild rumbles in throughout the Midwest and Southern US. I foresee a small quake in Yellow Stone National Park but it shouldn’t be anything serious.

Weather
Continue Crazy weather throughout the US and the World such as Storms, Floods, Extreme Cold and Heat and Areas where is normally not that extreme. We are dealing with continuing climate change.

For the US there will be 15-17 Named Storms 5-9 will make land fall and 3 will be major. The upper East Coast is in danger of a late season strike of a category 2-3.

Miscellaneous
Some darker branches of certain secret societies will be rocked by sex scandals.

Joe Biden will step down as Vice President for the 2012 election.

Strange solar and cosmic activity will continue.

Food prices will continue to rise.

Fuel prices will fluctuate up and down.

An event will happen near the US/Mexican Border that will ignite US retaliation against the Mexican perpetrators.

An unspeakably horrific crime will capture the attention of the American people.

The process of human awakening / enlightenment will continue.

Tips
Buy gold and silver. Keep all the gold and silver that you can.

Chronicles of a Supernaturalist

After a long time and a lot of hard work, I am proud to announce the book is FINALLY out. I want to thank everybody for their support and belief in me and my vision, especially including Jake Bell who wrote the book with me, Mark who had the difficult job of editing, Pam for her proof reading, and my wife Michelle who designed the artwork and website.

Honestly, I am a little nervous about unveiling this book to the world. It is a true insight into my beliefs, my experiences and my life.

It's been a long, unbelievable, strange journey which has taken me to the age that I am now to realize all my blessings along the way.

I go through my childhood in this book to present. I talk about my childhood friends, Hump and Burnett, and even find a way to crack jokes in the book.

I hope everybody enjoys this book, and know that there are several more in the works for the future.

Orion Williamson

Growing up I always loved a good ghost story, as well as strange myths legends and creature stories. And one of my very favorite stories is a true life mystery from Selma Alabama in 1854.

The hot Alabama summer day began as just as normal as any other day, but the lives of the Orion Williamson family and their neighbors, Armour Wren and his son James, are forever changed.

Orion Williamson, an Alabama farmer, was walking across his property while his wife and son went about their normal happenings and simply vanished into thin air. The Wrens who’d been riding along the road on the other side of the field in a horse and buggy, immediately hurried to the spot where Orion was last seen. They looked around the ankle deep grass but found absolutely no sign of Orion. However, they did find that strangely most of the grass was missing from the exact spot where Orion had disappeared.

The news quickly spread through town and soon a massive search party formed and started looking for Orion. They searched the field where he disappeared in three rows an arm-width apart from each other. Through their search they found nothing.

As news of this event spread from miles around Selma, hundreds of local people and newspaper reporters came to the Williamson farm to join the search for Orion, or to just look at the scene of the unexplained disappearance. The area where Orion disappeared was overturned by the search party to see if the ground underneath was unstable or abnormal at all. Nothing was found. News accounts of the event all read the same, “A man has vanished into thin air.”

People continued to visit the Williamson’s farm and to stare into the field as late as the following spring. A distraught and exhausted Mrs. Williamson allegedly revealed during that time that both she and her son had heard Orion’s voice crying out for help from the area of the field where he disappeared. But the voice grew weaker over time and faded away after a few weeks.

Ambrose Bierce, a famous editorialist, journalist and short story writer, was very interested in this case. He interviewed members of the search party and studied the grassy, treeless field where Orion disappeared. He was so fascinated by the incident that he consulted with a German scientist. Dr. Hern, who wrote the book entitled “Disappearance and Theory Thereof,” about his theories surrounding spots of universal ether which, he believed, could destroy any solid objects that happened to be in the spot. Ambrose Bierce mocked the scientist’s theory. In the 1880’s he wrote a fictional account of the Orion Williamson story which matched all the details. Except, for some reason, he changed the farmers name to David Lang and put the location in Tennessee. The David Lang fictionalization caused a great deal of confusion, and the made-up version actually became more popular.

The real irony was that in 1913 Bierce himself, then in his seventies, crossed in to Mexico during a deep Revolution. He joined Pancho Villa’s Army as an observer and witnessed the Battle of Tierra Blanca. He was last known to have followed Villa’s army as far as Chihuahua when he vanished without a trace, becoming another famous disappearance.
I hope to research the Williamson case a little deeper one day and possibly separate the fact from myth, or better yet, determine exactly what did happen on that hot July day in 1854.

Railroad Bill

The Legend of Railroad Bill is a legend that not many people know about any more and that’s why I decided to share it with you. Railroad Bill rose in the winter of 1895 along the Louisville and Nashville Railroad line in Southern Alabama. He was an African American Outlaw tales of his brief but action filed outlaw reign have been preserved in Songs, Fiction, and a theater. Rail Road Bill has been portrayed as a Robin Hood, a murderous criminal, and a shape shifter. He was never really identified but he we believed to be either Morris Slater or Bill McCoy.

Railroad Bill earned his nickname from trainmen who had trouble capturing the rifle totting Hobo. In March of 1895 railroad employees attempted to restrain a man they found sleeping on a water tank. The man fired on them escaped into the woods after hijacking a train car. This incident sparked a man hunt by railroad detectives that led them to Bay Minette Alabama in April 1895. When the detectives confronted an armed man that has been identified as Rail Road Bill a gun fight ensued and a Baldwin County Deputy was killed.

The deputy being killed caused a lot of attention the law enforcement and media toward Railroad Bill. A Five Hundred Dollar award was posted and that was when Railroad Bill was identified as Morris Slater who was a convict lease worker who in 1893 who fled from a work camp after killing a lawman his nickname then was Railroad time for his rapid work pace.

In July of 1895 Railroad Bill who crossed into Florida was tracked down by a Sheriff near a house in Bluff Springs. Railroad Bill opened fire leaving the Sheriff fatally wounded. The killing of the Sheriff was the turning point were the Man Hunt for Railroad Bill in Alabama and Florida increased in manpower.

Even with the large man hunt Railroad Bill continued robbing trains and reportedly selling goods to poor people for prices lower than the local merchant stores as well as engaging in occasional shoot outs with lawmen and the Railroad detectives. All the while Railroad Bill legend grew especially in the Alabama African American community. The African American Community maybe not agreed with his actions but they all did admire his courage and audacity. They rumor s and beliefs that Railroad Bill had supernatural powers they said he was able to evade capture by changing into animals and was only vulnerable to silver bullets. It was also said that he could disable the tracking ability of blood hounds on his trail.

By the summer of 1895 the reward grew up to One Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars. Not only Law Enforcement Agencies from Alabama & Florida was Hunting Railroad Bill but Operatives of the Pinkerton Detectives Agency , L&N Detectives but a host of Local posses and Bounty hunters from as far west as Texas and North as Indiana.

With this massive man hunt many innocent African Americans soon found themselves paying heavily for Railroad Bill crimes. Many people were miss identified and was accused of being accomplices and many beaten and even others were murdered.

The large man hunt for Railroad Bill continued until March 1896 when Railroad bill allegedly was gunned down by law enforcement & Railroad officials at Tidmore and Ward’s General store in Atmore Alabama. This was the end of Railroad Bill were the man died and the Legend was born. What actually happened on that day has differed. Some say he was sitting on an oak barrel eating cheese and crackers when he was surprised and shot and killed by a silver bullet others say that there was a shoot out in front of the store but by most accounts is that he walked into a trap at Tidmore and Wards store.

Railroad Bill body was placed for a public viewing in Brewton and large crowds gathered to get a glimpse of Railroad Bill. That was when many Brewton Residents recognized him as Bill McCoy. After a few days in Brewton Railroad Bill body was taken by train to Montgomery and later to Pensacola Florida for public display. It was such large crowd to see the shape shifter outlaw that people was charged Twenty Five Cents to see the Body of Railroad Bill. The final resting place of Railroad Bill is unknown but the legend and stories of Railroad Bill still lives today in Alabama some say his Ghost can still be seen in and around the old rail way lines of the Louisville and Nashville Railroad.

I haven't blogged in a while, so I figured it was time to give everyone an update. This has been a really trying few months dealing with some personal issues which I am proud to say, after many prayers, we are getting past now. During this time period, we have completed the book and the second edit on it.

Thanks to Mark for helping us edit. We are now getting ready to move to the next phase.

Last November, Jake, Michelle and I actually wrote a script for my agent, Chuck Parker, which is looking good on moving forward in the near future.

Our radio show is going great. We're on JackalopeFM on Wednesday nights at 9 to 11 central time. We broadcast live on Thursday nights right here on the website, and also on Para-X from 11 to midnight on Thursday nights.

As a generational Freemason and a Demolay, I am very proud of my stepdaughter Kenzi who became a Rainbow girl on Saturday.

We are really thankful for all of these opportunities.

When I travel and speak I often talk of getting back to your roots, and I also talk about how there is no such thing as coincidence and things always happen for a reason.

I've had a wonderful opportunity, along with Hump, I have been coaching my son's football team. I think it brought us both back to our childhood which times were much easier. It's been a great chance to give back and teach a sport that we all love. It's also given me a chance to take a small break from the work we do and the serious side of this field.

Over this period, I've learned a lot about myself, my family, my friends, my purpose and my path. The path that I take directly affects everyone, those closest to me and those whom I meet along the way.

I've been attacked in ways I never thought was possible.I guess you could say it has been an unmasking and a necessity for the next phase. Although I'm not perfect and I've made a lot of mistakes along the way, I strive every day to be a better father, better man, better husband and a better seer in this field that we are in.

I never thought about the serious issues that people have with us being in this field, and the way I've been attacked in regards to my belief system. It even made me question my belief system. It's a belief system that is deeper than me, it goes down to my roots of who I am.

Those who have attacked me religiously goes to church every Sunday, goes to the bar every Friday and chooses to decide what's right for me to believe and who is really wrong.

It's not just me, my wife's father who is a God-fearing man in the Midwest was kicked out his church and was attacked for researching the paranormal.

What I think is happening, and I truly believe this, is that the spiritual world and those within the light are backing away and the darker forces come forward to build up to a great confrontation. I think so many of us that are here are in this field, either outwardly or in the closet, are faced with a great decision. It is a decision that we all are going to have to make.

It is a decision that we have to pick a side. And what that side is, the answer lies deep within our soul. I've investigated hundreds of alleged haunted locations, hundreds of private individual cases. As a seer and a sensitive, I see the change.

What I am seeing more and more is not these entities coming forward, it is abscesses of the soul, which the negativity and generational things are pouring out and causing disruption. Instead of the attack coming from the border world or spiritual realm, it is coming from within.

I think we all have to take a good hard look at ourselves and pick a side and be ready for what's in store.

I had a dream last night...

I've alway been a dreamer and I've always been able to travel in my dreams to the other world. I've often chosen not to remember my dreams...when my sleep journey is over to end it and leave it there.

Strangely enough, I've always thought it was enough to let my spiritual being absorb and remember the dreams, and not my physical. And then living by the notion...Angels whisper, Satan shouts and listening to the shouts.

As so many of my close friends and family know, I am going through a very tough and emotional time with a custody battle of my sons. It's something that I've put off for many years living on hope and not trusting faith.

I've often felt that it was easier to just hope and pray things would get better, instead of trusting faith and doing what's best for them.

I made a decision to move forward and go for custody. Ever since I had my childen I always wanted to give them a life I never had, and a wonderful environment to grow up in. And then I was hit with the reality that life is not easy and not fair, and sometimes you have to trust faith and give them love.

I realize from my own life with my grandmother that love always pads the fall of life's rough edges. I do a lot of spiritual work for other. I dedicate my life to helping others and to awaken their spiritual life and beliefs.

During this time in my life I can honestly say I've actually had to leave it all in God's hands and it's one of the hardest things I've ever done and I had to completely depend on faith and love. In this time of worry and heartache, I've prayed, depended on my guides and looked for answers. Those who hear me speak and listen to our shows, you often hear me talk about signs and how not to ignore them.

Well, I have ignored all the signs to me, which led me to the dream.

This is all part of God's plan. That through it all, I will be a better man and a better father...this is the best things for my children.

I went to sleep last night deep in prayer as I have these past several months, and the past three nights I've prayed for a distinct sign that I could not ignore...and boy did I get it.

As I drifted off in sleep and prayer, I was awakened in my sleep, by a familiar voice that I could not recognize that asked me to come along. I could not see this person I could only hear them. I could feel a firm hand upon my back the entire time.

When I opened my eyes I was in a place that dreams are made.

I walked through a door and was in an office. I was told in my mind to enjoy this moment, it was a blessing from God. That I would see my children grown. The office was busy with the every day hustle of an office, coming down the hallway was a young man in his 30's with a notepad in his hand and a pride in his walk only a father would know.

You could tell that his drive in life was something that reminds him of himself. He was greeted with a firm handshake and a quick smile that said "let's get this over with so I can get back to work," and looking eye to eye, an introduction as "Hello, I am Tyrus Sellers." Then there was a quick hard pat on my back from the person I could see, and a voice told me "see everyone was wrong, he goes by 'Tyrus' not Ty."

I cannot tell you the job he was doing or the work, but I can tell you that was something that is related to the work I've done and do. As he small talked very briefly, and very much like I do, the door came open.

The door came open widely with a rush of energy that was familiar, only a father would know, before I could be introduced this large hulking of a person walked up to me with a giant smile and a massive handshake that says "I'm Rowdy." Not professional, but like he was greeting a long-lost friend.

He was dressed very casual and the people around in the office area, all smiled when he walked in. The level of professinalist dropped to a happy work environment and that's when I got the feeling that they worked together.

He talked, rambled, laughed and Tyrus said "Let us get back to work. It's a pleasure..." with a quick smile and a nod, then Rowdy with another firm handshake and a bright shining smile. They both gave me the energy and the feel of a loving, prideful harmonizing energy that I prayed for when they were just a thought.

There was another hard pat on the back and a voice saying we must go. We walked out the door as the hand stayed firmly on my back. As we exited, I was in a cool desert scene. The door opened quickly and Rowdy walked out and gave me a big hug as if he knew who I was.

He gave me a quick smile and a nod and went back inside. When the door shut, another hard pat on my back knocked the wind out of my dream state. When I woke up there were two familiar faces, one of my grandmother in a blue dress. As I've only seen in pictures, not as I remember her. She gave me a fist and nothing else, as she often did in life telling me to fight. AS i looked to the left, there was an old familiar friend/foe - we've yet decided - which we've named Jack. He gave me a tip of the hat. Hand on my back moving me forwarded. I woke to morning.

I've felt as if I've had my signs. I've felt as if I've had one of the greatest blessings anyone can have, knowing that no matter what happens...these boys will be fine. Have faith. Fight the good fight of faith and go forward on my journey, letting God continue to working in our lives.

I took a walk this morning around the park and the ponds, it came to me who the person was. It was someone who always loved me unconditionally, a strong force in our family before he passed, who very much reminds me of Rowdy...my grandfather.

So I've learned so many times what I speak, that your loved ones are only a thought away and with you, that I should trust God, fight the good fight of faith...and know when this is over that I'll be a better man, better father, better husband...and better person to give back and help others.
