I had a dream last night...

I've alway been a dreamer and I've always been able to travel in my dreams to the other world. I've often chosen not to remember my dreams...when my sleep journey is over to end it and leave it there.

Strangely enough, I've always thought it was enough to let my spiritual being absorb and remember the dreams, and not my physical. And then living by the notion...Angels whisper, Satan shouts and listening to the shouts.

As so many of my close friends and family know, I am going through a very tough and emotional time with a custody battle of my sons. It's something that I've put off for many years living on hope and not trusting faith.

I've often felt that it was easier to just hope and pray things would get better, instead of trusting faith and doing what's best for them.

I made a decision to move forward and go for custody. Ever since I had my childen I always wanted to give them a life I never had, and a wonderful environment to grow up in. And then I was hit with the reality that life is not easy and not fair, and sometimes you have to trust faith and give them love.

I realize from my own life with my grandmother that love always pads the fall of life's rough edges. I do a lot of spiritual work for other. I dedicate my life to helping others and to awaken their spiritual life and beliefs.

During this time in my life I can honestly say I've actually had to leave it all in God's hands and it's one of the hardest things I've ever done and I had to completely depend on faith and love. In this time of worry and heartache, I've prayed, depended on my guides and looked for answers. Those who hear me speak and listen to our shows, you often hear me talk about signs and how not to ignore them.

Well, I have ignored all the signs to me, which led me to the dream.

This is all part of God's plan. That through it all, I will be a better man and a better father...this is the best things for my children.

I went to sleep last night deep in prayer as I have these past several months, and the past three nights I've prayed for a distinct sign that I could not ignore...and boy did I get it.

As I drifted off in sleep and prayer, I was awakened in my sleep, by a familiar voice that I could not recognize that asked me to come along. I could not see this person I could only hear them. I could feel a firm hand upon my back the entire time.

When I opened my eyes I was in a place that dreams are made.

I walked through a door and was in an office. I was told in my mind to enjoy this moment, it was a blessing from God. That I would see my children grown. The office was busy with the every day hustle of an office, coming down the hallway was a young man in his 30's with a notepad in his hand and a pride in his walk only a father would know.

You could tell that his drive in life was something that reminds him of himself. He was greeted with a firm handshake and a quick smile that said "let's get this over with so I can get back to work," and looking eye to eye, an introduction as "Hello, I am Tyrus Sellers." Then there was a quick hard pat on my back from the person I could see, and a voice told me "see everyone was wrong, he goes by 'Tyrus' not Ty."

I cannot tell you the job he was doing or the work, but I can tell you that was something that is related to the work I've done and do. As he small talked very briefly, and very much like I do, the door came open.

The door came open widely with a rush of energy that was familiar, only a father would know, before I could be introduced this large hulking of a person walked up to me with a giant smile and a massive handshake that says "I'm Rowdy." Not professional, but like he was greeting a long-lost friend.

He was dressed very casual and the people around in the office area, all smiled when he walked in. The level of professinalist dropped to a happy work environment and that's when I got the feeling that they worked together.

He talked, rambled, laughed and Tyrus said "Let us get back to work. It's a pleasure..." with a quick smile and a nod, then Rowdy with another firm handshake and a bright shining smile. They both gave me the energy and the feel of a loving, prideful harmonizing energy that I prayed for when they were just a thought.

There was another hard pat on the back and a voice saying we must go. We walked out the door as the hand stayed firmly on my back. As we exited, I was in a cool desert scene. The door opened quickly and Rowdy walked out and gave me a big hug as if he knew who I was.

He gave me a quick smile and a nod and went back inside. When the door shut, another hard pat on my back knocked the wind out of my dream state. When I woke up there were two familiar faces, one of my grandmother in a blue dress. As I've only seen in pictures, not as I remember her. She gave me a fist and nothing else, as she often did in life telling me to fight. AS i looked to the left, there was an old familiar friend/foe - we've yet decided - which we've named Jack. He gave me a tip of the hat. Hand on my back moving me forwarded. I woke to morning.

I've felt as if I've had my signs. I've felt as if I've had one of the greatest blessings anyone can have, knowing that no matter what happens...these boys will be fine. Have faith. Fight the good fight of faith and go forward on my journey, letting God continue to working in our lives.

I took a walk this morning around the park and the ponds, it came to me who the person was. It was someone who always loved me unconditionally, a strong force in our family before he passed, who very much reminds me of Rowdy...my grandfather.

So I've learned so many times what I speak, that your loved ones are only a thought away and with you, that I should trust God, fight the good fight of faith...and know when this is over that I'll be a better man, better father, better husband...and better person to give back and help others.

I wanted to share this with everyone who follows us and the work we do.

The Flu thought it had me down....

Well, I have finally recovered from my bout with the Flu and I was even able to make Scarefest in Lexington, Kentucky. We had a lot of fun and I appreciate the opportunity to go there to speak and be part of the event. I want to thank everyone who attended my presentation on 2012. I know my presentation on 2012 is a little out there because we cover so much. Jake and I present it as a discussion format and let everyone in attendance of lead the direction of the presentation. Jake did a great job, as always, and Michelle did a good job promoting the radio and me. Brooksie Wilson, who is over the Huntsville Branch of SPR, was doing a great job promoting SPR.

I appreciate every time I get a chance to attend these events. I see it as such a blessing to get a chance to meet the people who attend these events and pay their hard earned money to be part of it. I am also blessed to be able to share our spiritual Journeys together. To me these events are not about the speakers or the self proclaimed paranormal celebrities, they are about the people who pay their money and give us there time and energy to hear what we have to say.

We have exciting radio shows planned for this week with Patrick Burns Tuesday night and Mr. Scotty Roberts Thursday Night.

New Blog, I know, Finally!

Well guys, I realize that I am two weeks behind on my Blogs, but things has been crazy busy. Since my last blog we have had almost 10 investigations and several distant cleansings. Along with coaching my son’s flag football team and two radio shows a week I have been over whelmed. Trust me, I am not complaining, I truly love doing what I am doing. It is a labor of love and I always know that God won’t put anything on my plate that I cannot handle, Plus it helps when you have wonderful, loyal people around you like Marty, Jake, Michelle and….I guess Hump lol Jk. We have a lot big things coming up and some projects we are working on.

Great Week!

Well my friend’s, things are busy as always. Last weekend I had the opportunity to be in New Orleans working a case and doing a cleaning, while I was there I had the chance to go on Lord Chaz’s Tour once again. We did a live Radio show from the Rathbone Inn, which is my favorite place to stay while in New Orleans. I am also very proud of my Team, while Jake, Marty, Michelle and I were in New Orleans working a case, Shelly, Greg , Beth Anne and Tammy went to Louisville, Kentucky to work an invent. Shelly had an opportunity to speak. I am very proud of Shelly and the team for doing such a great job.

On this past Tuesday night radio show (BlogTalkRadio) we had a fantastic guest, Mr. Paul Eno. To be honest, I had never heard of Mr. Eno, neither had Jake or Hump, so we were giving Michelle a hard time about it, she promised we would love him. Well, she did not let us down, he was an awesome guest and as far as I would say, I would put him right up there with Brad Steiger, LA Marzoulli, & Jay Weidner as one of my favorites. I would encourage anyone in this field and anyone who follows this field to check out Mr. Eno. He has been an investigator of paranormal phenomena for nearly 40 years, with involvement in well over 1,200 complete cases. With his teenage son, he hosts the popular new radio talk show Behind the Paranormal with Paul & Ben Eno. In a long career as a newspaper editor and reporter, Paul has developed a critical eye for evidence. And with an academic background in philosophy, psychology and theology, he has shown a talent for analyzing that evidence to arrive at some bold conclusions. Paul was a popular FATE magazine author in the 1980s and is the author of seven books (five on this subject). His latest, TURNING HOME: GOD, GHOSTS AND HUMAN DESTINY was released in 2006. His next, DANCING PAST THE GRAVEYARD: WHAT GHOSTS HAVE TO SAY ABOUT GOD is due for release in 2010. Paul has been on "Coast to Coast AM" with Art Bell and George Noory. He's appeared on the History Travel and Discovery Channels. His mind-stretching cases and theories have been published in the Boston Globe, Chicago Tribune, Miami Herald and Los Angeles Times all the way to the South China

Our Thursday night show this week will be Just Hump and I no web cam this week. It will still be a lot of fun. We have a lot of paranormal questions to answer, Some news stories and our guest will be Pastor Jay Christian in which we will talk about The President Health Care Package, Paranormal & Religion and Weather change patterns, so it should be an interesting show.

We have a great event planned this weekend at the Historic Buena Vista in Prattville Alabama. All the proceeds will go to benefit the Historical Society and I truly appreciate our speakers we have lined up who are donating their time to come and speak and investigate at the event.

I had, as usual, a busy week. Along with dealing with new changes, I am dealing with challenges too. We had a great radio show last Thursday and we were definitely not disappointed last night either – we had the pleasure of having Loyd Auerbach on our Crossroads Radio show last night. I apologize for the short Blog this week; I am working on a project that is taking up a good bit of my time. I will work on a more detailed blog for next week.

Feeling Good!~

You know the past few weeks Blogs have been very generic, but to be honest that’s kind of how my life has been lately. There is, as always, a lot going on with me. I am very busy in this field that I love so much. I will be traveling a lot the next few months speaking at events and conferences. I am excited about all the opportunities I have coming up. I enjoy speaking, meeting people and traveling. I have a lot going on with my personal life as well. My girlfriend has moved from Missouri and is now living with me, that is a big adjustment for me and my boys. I am coaching my four year old Flag football team and I am doing the Tuesday and Thursday night radio shows and taking care of a home. So with my Sons, my Job, my relationships and this Field, I stay very busy and I stretch myself very thin some times. I am often asked how I do it and I always answer without thinking because I am doing what I love to do and by God’s blessings. I have a great supporting cast of people around me such as Marty & Jake who help keep the wheels on this bus going, so we can continue on this crazy journey we are on. I do get tired sometimes and get down, but God sends me signs everytime; it could be an Email, a phone call or a simple “I love you dad” and it picks me and gets me back going again on this path.

Since I started full force in this field, on my own spiritual journey and within the life I have built, I lost many of my personal belongings, but in all the loss I found something more valuable than anything I can imagine, I found me again. Finding me again has allowed me to find my purpose in life and to allow me to give back and make a difference in people’s lives. I hope to find answers on this spiritual journey and help others along the way. Thanks to all my friends & family, I love you all and I will continue to work hard and make a difference and I will not let you down and I will stay true to this field that I love and respect so much.

This past Thursday we had a fun radio show with our own version of Mystery Science Theater. Over the weekend we had a private investigation and I had an opportunity to speak at the AGH event in Selma, it was a lot of fun and I appreciate the opportunity. We had Jay Weidner on our show Tuesday night and he was a fantastic guest. Jake did a great job interviewing him. This coming Thursday’s show we do not have a guest planned but we will have a fun show in store for you. Next Tuesday show August 4, we will have Mr. Bob Hunnicutt on the show.

As always I am staying busy working hard in this field. I have also taken on the task of coaching 4&5 year olds in flag football and after obtained the rules, I have realized this is not going to be a cake walk lol

Well guys everything is going really good at this time in my life. There are a lot of changes going on in my personal life in which I am really happy about and blessed. This whole year has been a year of change for me with the direction I am going in the paranormal field and in my spiritual being. I have learned a lot about people who I trusted and called friends in this field I have learned that some of them really and truly were my friends and others were not. God has and is still weeding them out of my life as we speak.

You know there are so many things that can and have been said about me in this field both good and bad. All I can ever say is that my heart is in the right place and my spiritual body is on the right the path. My goal has always and will always be to help as many people as possible in this field, to learn and have a better understanding of the spiritual world and to learn more about who I really am and answers to question from my past. It has never been to be a “paranormal celebrity” which is a term I hate or to fit in to certain circles. It is only to be true to myself and to the people who are on their own spiritual journey and looking for help or answers in their life. God has blessed me with wonderful people who I trust and who have joined me on this journey. I just want to say that I will always work hard to make a difference in this field; I will stay true to myself and my calling. Thanks again to all of you who are my friends and believe in me and Southern Paranormal Researchers.

Hope Your 4th was great

I hope everyone had a wonderful 4^th. I kind of took a vacation this past week and weekend. I carried my boys down to the beach and I enjoyed every minute of it. Last week Jake and I started working on a new book project, I used some of my down over the last week to work on the book with Jake. We have a really busy schedule coming, I have listed it below.
