My Through The Veil Weekend
As you know, this weekend I had the honor and pleasure to not only speak but to take part in Through the Veil. I would sincerely like to thank Babs for this opportunity. It was also such a wonderful pleasure to work with Susan Rushing on this event.
We left Montgomery on Thursday to travel to Atlanta for Through the Veil. Things got off to a good start even though it was raining. We did our internet radio from the car while my mother operated the switchboard from home. We arrived in Atlanta, got a room and settled in for the night to prepare for our busy weekend ahead. The day got kicked off on Friday with Hump breaking his truck key and having to call a locksmith to come out which delayed us getting to Shane’s house to get the decorations for the event. Once we arrived and got everything loaded, the decorations for the event were extraordinary. I was so proud of the completed ambience of the event and it was absolutely an outstanding art form that I was proud to be a part of such a grand production.
I had such a wonderful opportunity to meet many people in this field for which I have the utmost respect for. You hear so much about the paranormal celebrities, the real celebrities and who I look up to the most are all the people who pay their hard earned money to attend these events to hear the speakers and learn. This gives us an opportunity to share with them on their spiritual journey and to learn from them as well. I want to sincerely thank everyone who I met and had an opportunity to chat with including those who listen to the radio show and come up and introduced yourselves. It was great to put a face to some of our listeners such as Mark Varone and so many others. I want to thank everyone for the kind words of support regarding our presentation and the work of my team who so graciously volunteered their time to this event. I want to thank the members of my team who worked so hard and me proud to have them with me on my journey and they are: Marty, Shelley, Beth Anne, Scottie, Tammie, Trevor, Hump and Jake. Trevor followed us around the entire weekend to video our experiences and he did a great job, certainly not bad for 14 year old. Jake Bell and I did the 2012 presentation and Jake did an extraordinary job. To this day, he is one of the smartest individuals I have ever met in this field. I want to thank my team as well for their loyalty, support, dedication and belief in me and my vision for this spiritual journey that we are on. Also, I would just like to say it was a wonderful pleasure meeting Rochelle Sparrow, Courtney Kane, and I also enjoyed hanging out with our good friend Ericka and her assistance from the Mystic Cottage in Pensacola, Florida.
I’ve learned a lot from this event about myself, my team and this journey that we are all on. I know that we are on the right path. I am looking forward to the future and the direction we are pursuing as well as our goals. I appreciated this opportunity and hope to have many more in the future.
Now it is back to business. We have a radio show this Thursday night. We are back to normal and we have an investigation taking place this weekend. In a couple of weeks, we have an event at the Vaughan Smitherman Museum in Selma. We have some really cool speakers lined up for this event and all the proceeds go to benefit the Selma Historical Society. Thanks again for all your support and friendship. I will to continue to work hard in the light for you and to make a difference.
